Orange pi Neo Manjaro - is it interesting?

Any one know if this would run EOS?

Is this some kind of chinese clone of Steamdeck?

connected to http://www.orangepi.org/ ? or it death?

It’s really nice to see that Valve stirred up the market and new handhelds are coming out.

Don’t know - I was just curious if it will run EOS.

Since I discovered EOS that’s my one and only question if confronted with a device: “but does is run EOS?”

Logically it should…It’s Arch based after all…unless Manjaro has baked some special sauce…which should still be free and open-sauce anyway! :upside_down_face:

That’s what it boils down to, I believe, reading this:

I don’t see how is this different from the other ones, except the screws
Unless it’s dirt cheap, but I doubt that, only one that could have a big discount is the steam deck, valve could recover the discount from the game sales.
Also as much as I had a weird experience with manjaro, kudos to them for having these hardware partnerships, more linux distros should do this, especially the desktop oriented ones. https://manjaro.org/hardware/

that screen is gonna destroy that battery really fast lol (1920 x 1200, WUXGA) 16:10, 500nits Brightness, 120Hz Refresh Rate
overkill for a 7 inch screen
