New nVidia driver does not allow logging in to desktop

have you updated xnvctrl ( this is for Nvidia-setting ) from your side ?

Be careful on update Nvidia drivers 14/12/2021- Mate

i have downgrade to version 495.44 ( was in cache , skip first version 495.46 , get 495.46-1 this morning ) => nvidia-dkms => nvidia-utils => xnvctrl it works with serie 495.44 with 495.46-1 screen login appears , just after login ==> abort & fail from Xorg immediately for the user login
