How to change mouse scroll in system-wide?(or at least in Chromium browser)
I see this two topic and solutions doesn’t work for me.
My mouse is Wireless, created by Rapoo.

One of the things Windows had right that GNU/Linux doesn’t is that first of all the scroll speed (when using your middle wheel mouse to scroll) is very slow. Is there a way to increase its sensitivity?
Additionally is there a way to enable autoscroll?
