Well i did get the pop-up but it was somewhat slower then usual, maybe you already rebooted before it could pop up ?

Maybe you were on another kernel. When i am on zen and lts was updated, i never get a reboot notification

Logout sound works. But my log in dont work when i reboot. if i just log out and log in again it works?
