KDE Kwin moving window issue?

Hello!
My issue seems a bit similar to strange kwin issue when moving windows
The problem seems happen specifically when resizing not moving windows.

Except I’m having Nvidia.
I have installed nvidia-dkms 520.56.06-2

What is the problem?

What GPU do you have specifically?

Nvidia GTX 1660 Super

I tried moving windows super fast, almost no bugs. Only resizing windows seems to be affected!

There is also very very subtle shadow. So far noticed on Spectacle and Google Chrome:
