KDE context menu bug

I use 3 screens, left right and top …
it seems the KDE context menu has a bug for some time

if I right-click a file or folder on desktop (primary) the context menu opens on the upper screen instead of the primary screen the same thing happens w/ the right screen

when I right-click an empty space on a desktop the context menu opens correctly …
it only happens when I right-click a file or folder
