I have problems with all kernels newer 5.9 and currently only 5.4 is running smoothly. FYI I am using Intel HD Graphics 530 and have tested both Intel and modesetting drivers. I could discribe the picture in ditail, but not now, maybe later if necessary. In short, if you have hard problems with video, try an older kernel, in particular 5.4LTS and thanks again to jonathon for the oppoturnity to receive updates. Unofficial repo for older LTS kernels
