I can’t find any installed nvidia card on my system. The x-server thingy is there and I can play with it but that’s all.
How can I check if the driver is actually installed on my system? Coz Second Life shows me I’m on Mesa.
To check nvidia driver is installed, alternative ways:
pacman -Qs nvidia
yay -Qs nvidia
To see which driver is actually in use:
lsmod | grep nvidia
? 
The lsmod command above just shows you are using a nvidia driver.
The inxi command shows you have Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 770 card.

and you have essentially the same, right? I see no issue on your system, and certainly no reason to reinstall.
Note that mesa is not a graphics card driver. And if Second life indicates mesa as your graphics driver, it is clearly misleading.

It’s just as easy to tell if it’s installed by running inxi -Ga
Edit: The output will show if Nvidia is installed or not and the driver version and also that the renderer is in fact the card and not running on software mesa.

The driver on the Arch site has been flagged out of date as of 04/14/21. It’s just not been updated yet.

In some other file I’ve read the driver in pacman is 460.67 while Nividia version is 460.73. Could that be the problem?

Is that ok?
Okay so as you can see the renderer is wrong. It should show your Graphics card. The Nvidia driver is installed and that is correct. So what you need to do is this. You need to set early kms and set the module to load in mkinicpio and also set lightdm to check that the module is loaded before it starts.
Edit: Currently the renderer is showing that it is running on mesa and not your graphics card. Make the changes as they are in the wiki and then when all is done and you reboot run inxi -Ga again.
