So i recently installed endeavour os and this date is not in english instead it is in arabic, altough i can speak it i cannot read it, is there any way to change it? i already checked the setting for the number’s language and it is english, and whenever i change it this pops up

so i tried messing around with locale_gen a bit and i deleted the the certain arabic language it was (im not gonna tell you where i live) and the date on the taskbar is fixed! but not the calendar…

Well I realized that the calendar used the default font just in time , but having said that you should have other problems with the font also, maybe check the default font settings just in case, or sometimes a reboot (if not already done) might help.
So i dont know what i did but i changed all the language related stuff in the setting to english and now it works! gonna look into more of what i did but it is now solved! (my current theory is that i did sudo locale-gen after i changed the language in the settings)
