So shut it down and unplug again and then put the Gpu card back in. Make sure to ground yourself. And then try booting it with the Gpu in it and the monitor plugged into the Gpu.
Edit: Make sure the Gpu is seated firmly and the back hold down snaps into place when you insert the card.
Booted to desktop with gpu, should I reboot to see if it works? It booted to desktop last time and it worked till i restarted

Looks good. I’m not sure if there is a problem when you see vga light. I’m sure it should light to show something. As long as it is working and you can get into Bios now and it’s updated i would just see what happens.
