Anyone using Helium Browser? I’m really liking it. Clean, relatively minimal, snappy. No Google nonsense that I can see. All Chrome extensions should work.
After tinkering with settings, this is how it looks when I first open Helium, just the homepage tab open…

Clean, well organized settings page…
Been using it for a couple of weeks now. I have it as a daily on my Gateway and a Secondary on my Daily (Zen is my daily) I like it and when its out of beta I’ll more than likely replace brave with it.
I started using it not long after I saw @sammiev had suggested it or mentioned it somewhere here in the forum.
Does it include widevine? Perhaps not if it’s totally google-freed?
The only reason I keep Brave (origin) around is for streaming some shows that needs it.
Tabs on both Firefox and Librewolf crach on me while streaming these shows.
Nope. There is this, but I can’t seem to get it to work.

Currently, I just use Librewolf('s profiles) for everything but those few shows on an online TV site for which I use Brave Origin.
I like Zen browser OK. I just cannot do sidebar tabs. I need them on top.
I love the sidebar tabs. I prefer them, so there ya go 
Been using it for months now and then some, it’s what Brave browser should have been.
And apparently that’s what Brave Origin is.
Did you install Helium from AUR? It’s about 1.5 gB

Thank you. Same here. I couldn’t remember why I had Helium as an AppImage. Now it’s clear to me again 
use the bin version its only like 111MB

Yep. I just looked it up in the AUR. Deleted/removed the appimage, installng the bin version.

It’s just a heavily modified Ungoogled-Chromium https://github.com/ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium
Strangely enough, they say that “macOS is our primary development platform”, i installed it to my ancient mac-mini and Helium Noise was disabled by default in helium://flags, in Linux is the opposite 
Well, well, well. Installed Brave Origin and I’m pleasantly surprised. All the rewards and crypto crap is nowhere to be seen. Maybe I can finally use Brave.
I remembered Brave Origin when it first came out with malware and crypto, sorry not my thing.
