sudo pacman-key --finger 0F20FADC599D1C46EB556455AED8858E4B9813F1
sudo pacman-key --lsign 0F20FADC599D1C46EB556455AED8858E4B9813F1
Then run:
sudo pacman -Sy endeavouros-keyring
sudo pacman -Su
if you need a new pacman.conf

try sudo pacman -Syu
take a look if you have you updated your pacman.conf
Looks importing the key manually and signing it locally didn’t work either.
You could answer NO there.

sudo pacman -Su
