But I want to contact him, so I can test the UNSTABLE. I can only find a 12 year old bio on him. He lives or lived in Karlruhe when he was 22 years old. The only email I have is jan.steffens@gmail.com. Don’t they give maintainers @archlinux.org addresses? I am too new to this to know where to look further.

FYI - wobbly windows, magic lamp and blur effects are all available as plugins on Gnome.

Yeah, but the problem with that is that then I have GNOME alongside my magic lamp, wobbly windows and blur. Now, if I could have all of that but without the GNOME stuff… Oh wait, I can! :rofl:

could you remove the complete email address contact details? and link only to the page?
Not nice to share someone’s email address publicly.
Plus email addresses will show a mailto prefix automatically which could be used by some robots e.t.c.

So Ubuntu 22.10 just got out with Gnome 43 and we still don’t have it on Arch for real!? (Not that I care that much but…). Ubuntu is more rolling than Arch now :exploding_head: :man_facepalming:
