I renamed the package to gmic-pre-gimp3 so it would also be easy to find. It is advisable to give the command
yay -S gmic-pre-gimp3 gimp-plugin-gmic-pre-gimp3
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gmic-pre-gimp3
This is to allow everyone to find it on aur by also searching for the gimp3 entry
