After full system update I get these questions and now I get this error. It has been a while since I have updated the system. Is there a way to fix this?

Maybe that will help, looks similar:

Thanks I will give it a try but what does sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux mean?

I haven’t had need to do it myself before, but i would think @jonathon laid it all out there, anyway he probably can answer that as well

Quick search revealed truth:

==> ERROR: A specified local key could not be updated from a keyserver I get this error when I run

sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys

Read the entire post by @jonathon which @keybreak linked before doing anything. Then do exactly what the post says:

sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu
