no actually not - you do not mean the MAC.Adress
i have the printer here in a Fritz-Box- WLAN setting

i have to have a closer look for the ip-adress of the printer

hi
i have a closer look

just wait

can you open this in your browser? if the printer has a webinterface it should show up… can give you some info…

here it is

so it is there… in case i use this “Netwerkducker finden” from system-config-printer tool:

using the ip as host and click finden should help finding the printer…

hi - just awesome,

seems to work -since now i have found the printer

take this one with the name:

and show what it says as “Verbindung”

now looking for driver … recommended is Generic

do not listen to what it says as recommended in this case… it should need the driver from the package you installed for your specific printer under Epson…

EPSON ET-2750 Series , Epson Inkjet Printer Driver (ESC/P-R)

you are a teacher ? :male_detective:

hi - yes - i re-read what the list also says
but the first test-(print) allready worked - in other words

#the connection between the notebook and the printer is up - it works

and now i have to check agian if i see i have Epson Drivers on board…

it can be that you do not need a driver… my brother do not need one too also there is one but it supports driverless printing …

I ask about it only because i can see personal stuff on your screenshots nothing bad to see;) but you should cut this off or use blurring i like to use flameshot a lot because it can edit shots on the fly…

it is indeed supported:

hi

when sending a page to the printer - then he (the printer) prints a empty (blank) page so i think that have to re check what driver i have choosen

  • to do so - i have to go somewhat back to the page - where i have choosen the “diriver” - in other words: i need to have an full overfiew on all dirvers at a glance to see - if i have choosen the right one…

btw: thanks for the hint regarding flameshot and the personal sutff.

and try to go to Epson and find your printer there in the “Treiber wählen” part:

Can I get one of those too??? :upside_down_face:
