Ninguno de los puertos USB de mi laptop no funciona o el sistema operativo no los detecta.

Eso si no se como hacer, es mas en mi bios sale ese menu azul con letras blancas de hace mil años y creo que mi maquina tiene o deberia tener algo mas moderno.
Parece que ve el hardware USB. Puede ser que la suspensión automática de USB esté activada y la esté apagando. ¿Funciona algún USB cuando se ha iniciado recientemente?

No. los 3 puertos mas en donde entra la microSD no funcionan. Pero funciona en un rato y luego no, ahorita estan todos apagados.
