Chromium and electron based applications doesn't not use hardware accelerations

There are some applications such as Libreoffice where the scroll speed on both Windows 10 and Linux match each other. Howeever there are certain other applications such as Firefox, Chromium and Chromium based and any other electron based application when I try and scroll, it scrolls very slowly.

Yes I can patch it up using imwheel, but why is it slow for these applications I just don’t get it?

Back then I was trying to get it to scroll faster and I was fine with imwheel, but this time round I am more curious as to why this happens compared to Windows.

Since you use the exact same wordings in the title, it looks very much like a duplicate post.
Any new questions could be posted under the already existing thread. But whatever … :woman_shrugging:t5:
