Can't update aur/ceph-libs 15.2.17-1 -> 16.2.7-1

Most probably you could remove ceph-libs as it was dropped from the repos. See:

Updating ceph-libs 15.2.14.5 to 15.2.14.6 takes hours on a laptop. I have never experienced anything like this before. What to do? I don’t know which package installed ceph-libs as a dependency.
