Perhaps…But Esync is not a form of vsync if that’s what you thought, like G-sync, it’s some internal mechanism to improve performance:
Esync Removes wineserver overhead for synchronization objects. This can increase performance for some games, especially ones that rely heavily on the CPU.

To me it improves Crysis performance, as this game is heavy on CPU
