I would just hold off this weekend, Arch is making a change to packaging for the developers. The top important notifications on the forum explains what is going on. So I would just wait until Monday before you try to update the mirrors.

The other change happening this weekend is that Arch Community is going to be emptied, and the contents put into Arch Extra. This will put some strain on each mirror to move the 20,000 Community packages to Extra once they re-initiate their syncing patterns. Like @jvslice mentioned, hang low. Or …
