I don’t know how to force the detection with efibootmgr the disk is encrypted

Can you provide some additional context? Where is the disk not detected?
What are you trying to do? How is efibootmgr related to encryption?
I don’t know but the disk is not recognized in the bios
Has the hardware failed?
The BIOS doesn’t know the disk is encrypted. If the BIOS can’t see the device at all it usually indicates are hardware issue of some sort.
disk is detectable in manjaro and accessible
So what is the issue you are facing?
