Thank you for posting this message. Bryan, I wish for you a speedy and complete recovery.
Nothing in this world is more important than health. I hope that you will be able to reduce the stress in your life which has caused this problem.
I also hope for both of you (and for everyone else) a Happy Holiday Season AND a MUCH better 2021 than 2020 has been.

The one thing I’ve learned about progressing in this life - your body changes. You can do what you did before; however your body will retaliate when it has had enough, plus it takes longer to heal. Also doesn’t help when we’re surrounded by news of a pandemic each and every day! I’ve been at that exhaustion point - not fun at all.
The best plan of action: do what the doctors tell you (even though you might have to swallow your pride). They don’t study the body for approx ten years for nothing. And actually they might have some really good advise on how to ‘get away form it all’, because they’ve been there too.
Get well Bryan! We’re all cheering for your speedy recovery.
