Everything works well here–I manually merged the pacman.conf & everything is OK.

DisableDownloadTimeout

It means to combine the changes from the new file into the old file.

I just thought that it could shorten the discussions about the pacman.conf, if I put my pacman.conf here, as I have understood it so far and a smart person (@dalto) looks over it and corrects what is wrong. then all other users have a pattern, how it has to look now.
