I have no idea what I’m talking about either. ![]()
Will your updated icons be added to store-kde.org? I see Version 1.08 is your latest is that correct?

Yes ![]()
Perfect. And you improved Upscayl, nice I use that. Probably would have been the next suggestion of me the next time I needed to open it ![]()

As usual, @dirn, EXCELLENT update. It’s a rarity that an icon set encompasses nearly all my app icons. It’s even more rare that an icon-set developer/maintainer is willing to add icons requested by users so quickly. Some take weeks or months, if at all.
Keep up the great work. And THANKS for that hard work!! ![]()
So true, these icon sets are extraordinarily good. Honestly I think that maybe only Papirus and Kora are so complete, and they’ve been going for years so have had time to fill in the gaps.
I see many great looking sets but they always fall short for me with many icons missing, often common ones like Heroic games launcher and suchlike.
Incredible work @dirn , hugely creative and always friendly and helpful.
Keep on keepin’ on. ![]()
Thank you all for your support and encouragement. ![]()

I have a really stupid question but when I don’t know something I straight-up ask, better or worse.
What makes these KDE-only? You gonna put a dolphin graphic on my Nemo? Something like that?
Reason for asking: I will admit to wanting to experiment with monochromes since I’ve been getting bored with the usual Coat of Many Colors approach 97% offer.
Thanks.
They are not. I use them in XFCE and Openbox just fine.
The reason I labeled it as “KDE only” is because of its adaptive behavior.
With this icon set, icons automatically switch to dark on light themes and light on dark themes, based on the active KDE color scheme. I’ve also tested it on LXQt, where it works as well—likely because LXQt also uses the Qt engine.
While the icon set can be used in other desktop environments or window managers, the adaptive behavior won’t work outside of Qt-based systems. If you’re using a light theme, you may need to manually change the default icon color (#d8dee9) to something darker using a script.
In GNOME, for example, the adaptive theming approach differs from KDE’s, so this icon set’s adaptive behavior doesn’t work out of the box there either.
Got it ![]()
I’ll add icon for org.localsend.localsend_app.
By the way, I noticed localsend_app in your screenshot, do I need to include that one as well?
no idea, could be that the localsend_app is for when you have it in a task bar idk..
or its just as weird like with the xp-pen thing idk,.. i hope not
i just know that the org. one is selected and in use for the icon in that menu editor thing
