For the package texlive-full this is O.K., but for the EOS packages this message comes up since recently.

What is going on here?

You seem to have disabled [endeavouros] repo in /etc/pacman.conf or have overwritten the mentioned file recently with a default one shipped by pacman.

You could edit /etc/pacman.conf and add the following above all the other repos:

[endeavouros]
SigLevel = PackageRequired
Include = /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist
