My new EndeavourOS hoodie pull over sweater arrived today in good shape and is what I expected. A few days a go I also made a very nice donation to EndeavourOS.
I figure that if they could put up with me, they deserve it.

I have pull overs 3 - 4 years old from them, the images have well worn off but they keep we warm at the lake.
So… after trying to make a donation at this very weird looking site that looks like it’s made by a ten year old, it was not possible to do so because it wouldn´t accept my credit card, bought a cap at the blood err … redbubble site that had no problem with accepting my credit card.

I just bought a DTF printer and can print hoodies and shirts. I can even send the printed image and you can iron them on yourself. I can also make sublimation cups.
I don’t remember where the image came from, but it is sweet. I think in was a thread about fastfetch logos.

I got the zip hoodie and regular hoodie. I have no problem with either SO FAR the logo on mine is still intact… Sucks you are having issues 
These types of Plastisol prints are gonna kinda always do that.
Water-based inks that are then heat-set will not crack or peel the way these plastic puff things do.
But it will still fade over time and will not give as much of a high contrast - by virtue of not being the same kind of thick ‘layer of paint on top’.
To give an example of the difference see something like:
I actually work with a lot of printmakers so if the team ever wanted it done by professional individuals/co-ops/etc then I might be able to facilitate that.
(Though of course there are other considerations, like logistics, that may make the continued use of a service like RedBubble more attractive.)
