I was borne in early 80s and I don’t get this.
I had some tiff on here, I don’t know a while back. Don’t think I was in a good mood.
Then the other day after watch Brian Lunduke I think his name is I went on the Arch Forum lol and asked whether Arch is Woke. Obviously meaning the people running it.
Was a bit persistent in my questioning and lol got myself banned.
Tbh it isn’t like I ever really got help or lol help that I appreciated there. I mean there are some extremely knowledgeable people on the Arch forum but yeah “condescending” is an understatement.
lol yeah now that I spilled the beans lets see how this goes.
Lol If I’m still all good on here then I’ll download the Iso and install today.

Everyone does mistakes in life and we all speak sometimes something we don’t mean. What matters here is the fact that do we constantly try stir things up just for fun and just be not not nice to others.

I’m not sure what prompted you to do that, but the word “woke” itself means… just about anything nowadays. Either way, you didn’t do anything weird or “wrong” (as in, what I consider to be wrong) here or I don’t remember it, so in my book, you’re good.
hahaha Literally just asked the question, not politely tho. Some of that stems from my view of people with knowledge who don’t like to share or when they do they have to share in a condescending, bad, rude way.
lol I lost count how many times mods on there have been rude to me.
Of course I’ve been at EnOS before and literally by miles this forum is the best Linux forum I have EVER been on.

I’ve seen “woke” used to descibe long established adjustments like Braille next to the floor buttons in lifts, and wheelchair ramps for access to buildings.
@muj there’s a big mix of people from different countries and cultures here. Assuming that your own world view is the only one that matters is guaranteed to piss people off.
It’s been brought to your attention now, so you have no excuse.
