Windows open on the wrong monitor in wayland Plasma 6.1

I have a multi monitor setup and after updating to Plasma 6.1, I have a problem in wayland where windows will sometimes open on the wrong monitor. They open on the monitor that has the screen focused rather than whatever monitor has the mouse under it, regardless of focus. This happens when I try to open applications using the Application Launcher or shortcuts.

For example, if I have a web browser on my second monitor and have nothing on my first monitor, every application that I open on that first monitor will go to the second one because it has the web browser focused.

I only have this problem after updating to 6.1. The thing is, xwayland programs open on the correct monitor, but not native wayland ones and if I move my mouse while the application is opening, it’ll open the correct monitor.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, have you found a solution/workaround? Many thanks.

Operating System: EndeavourOS
Plasma Version: 6.1.3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Drivers: nvidia-dkms 555.58.02-1
CPU: 16 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz
Kernel: 6.9.10-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Platform: Wayland

That should have been fixed in 6.1.3. I was the one who originally reported the bug. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488110

So far it appears to be working for me (as in it was broken before 6.1.3). Except for yakuake which I am informed doesn’t have proper wayland support anyways. When did you update and did you reboot afterwards?

I just updated to 6.1.3, rebooted, and I’m still having the issue. Changing the window placement to under mouse does work, but it makes the windows not centered.
