WiFi randomly dies or slowing down

Hi guys!

I recently noticed that wifi on my eos system often slows down or dying completely. I don’t know what is causing this problem, maybe drivers installed incorrectly or like this.

My wifi adapter is RTL8822CE

Here’s my ip link:
1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00
2: eno1: <NO-CARRIER,BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP> mtu 1500 qdisc fq_codel state DOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000
link/ether 84:2a:fd:ce:f8:28 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
altname enp7s0
3: wlan0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP mode DORMANT group default qlen 1000
link/ether d8:c0:a6:71:0f:d3 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

And here’s my lspci for wifi controller:
09:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Wireless Network Adapter

I think problem with wifi mode. When I type ip link show wlan0 it shows that mode is set to DORMANT which is not great for performance I think
