Sorry I took so long getting back. Looks like the device is coming up as a bluetooth device not WiFi.

Device ID 0a12:xxxx is bluetooth. If it was WiFi it would come up as Device ID 0bda:xxxx
Many 0a12:0001 devices are cheap, cloned chips. Sometimes they fail to initialize properly. But It may also only be a bluetooth device. Not 100% sure? But you say it does work with WiFi?
Are you using this on a desktop or is it a laptop?

Not sure if you are using grub either?
Try
sudo modprobe -r btusb && sudo modprobe btusb
Then maybe try to disable usb autosuspend.
Edit: Also your topic say’s you need to run modprobe evertime to get it working. So it obviously works. When you posted lsusb I was wondering if you did that when it was working to see if it showed the proper device id for the WiFi? Maybe you can try that again.

Okay but I wanted to see if it actually shows the WiFi when it is working. So far I haven’t seen that. Can you plug it in and have it working and then show the output of the commands.

Why don’t you load it through /etc/modules-load.d ?
That should work on boot if it’s plugged in as it is usb. But I’m still unsure how it stops working other than when they unplug it and also when they plug it in it probably doesn’t work without running modprobe either. It’s not making a lot of sense to me as to why it ends up not working other than unplugging it and or on reboot that it doesn’t initialize. Loading it through /etc/modules-load.d makes sense.
it worked until the latest kernel update on arch now both my usb dongles dont pick up they both are usb 2 100mbs even my eth0 does not work anymore

I wonder if it’s not one of those Windows things, where you load a firmware for one function (wifi for example) and if you want to use the other function (Bluetooth for example), you have to load another firmware with some specific software..
There was just a bunch of firmware updates now. Not sure if any of them help with this hardware.

It looks like your ethernet is using the r8168 package for the driver. Can you check if that package is installed.
yay -Ss r8168
If it is installed you could remove it and reboot and see if the ethernet works on the kernel module r8169. Then see if there is any difference with the WiFi dongle also.
Edit: The r8168 is an installed package.
Edit: It would be nice if you had internet so you could update also since there were a lot of firmware updates unless you already had
them.
Edit: I guess you could boot on the live ISO and arch-chroot and if the wifi or ethernet is working then you could update that way.

28 days later? How are you connecting to the internet then? Are you using Ethernet? The WiFi dongle is one of those problematic pieces of hardware that usually doesn’t work.
I see you using the r8168 package for the Ethernet hardware. That particular Ethernet uses r8169 kernel module or sometimes requires the r8168 package. I think your issue is related to the USB WiFi dongle hardware chip it is using.
Have you tried this
/etc/modprobe.d/btusb.conf
add
options btusb enable_autosuspend=0
reboot
