Why then I try to see a video on full screen, the screen freezes and I can’t do anything forcing me to do a “hard reboot”?

The audio is working, only the screen remains frozen in the moment that I click on “full screen” button on videos.

We would love to help you however you really give us no information at all so its going to be impossible. So to help us help you please answer the following?

How are you accessing Video? (Local,Remote)
What Program? (media player, web browser, other?)
Can you post your system info?

Local, it’s my pc. All programs, for from a browser then I try to put full-screen everything the screen froze. I can’t see anything in full-screen because quite often the screen froze (99% then I put full-screen the second time after some time).
I want to know if there is a way to solve the situation, to avoid doing a hard shut down then it happens.
