I don’t know why, but when I start cinnamon session and oepn vivaldi with one youtube tab, pc warm up and start coolers.In KDE Plasma it is not reproducible. I use cinnamon x.org

Probably because Cinnamon doesn’t have as many things as Plasma has, so the computer doesn’t need to work as much to load everything and set up things the way it would under Plasma.
Maybe you misunderstood.Why KDE Plasma take lower power of pc than cinnamon? I want to use cinnamon without so load
Also I don’t know why but in the startup of cinnamon session pc tries start plasma processes as baloo,drkonqi and others.

Yes, I ready to remove plasma, but I use sddm so I don’t know know how remove it without sddm

you problem is your running two DE’s at the same time. This is not recommended as it generally causes issues. Each DE should have its own setup.
why not remove it and sddm then reinstall sddm after the uninstall. Seems that would be the easiest way without just doing a new install
So yu suggest reinstall cinnamon also?
It would probably be easier to be honest. This will guarantee that the install is pure and doesn’t have leftovers from KDE still installed. If your interested in using more than one DE at a time I would suggest you install a Virtual solution.
And I could not run Foot in x11.

Foot is wayland only.
As to the cinnamon question, it’s probably doing more on the CPU rather than the graphics card and therefore firing up the fans.
How do look like kitty as foot default?
Just I reinstalled, but still see issue.DUring some time after fans starts, computer work normal and fans turning on

yes because the CPU being used more means it heats up quicker.
