Look at what happens when i try to update or install any package; my download speed which was good moments ago drops significantly. This speed drop does not occur on browser.

You probably need to update your mirrors. It can be done from the welcome app.
How many mirrors should I select for good future performance?
I’m not sure what it defaults to but you should get a performance improvement..
It looks like those repos are down so it’s warning you about it. But those are the endeavour OS mirrors, you need to update the arch ones as well. If it helps, I run the following commands in the terminal every three or four months:
sudo reflector --protocol https --verbose --latest 25 --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist -c gb
eos-rankmirrors --verbose
Hi, @mikeofsport - I also run the command @MyNameIsRichard mentions every so often.
I found information about updating mirrors and more here:
Perhaps it’s of interest for you as well.
How many parallel downloads are you using? I liked 5.
