Whole system freezes when on battery and unable to open any apps on battery

Hello, Im having this issue where Im unable to open any apps when Im on battery, then after some time it randomly freezes up. Here are the specs:-
GPU: RTX 4060 Max-Q and AMD ATI 05:00.0 Phoenix1(integrated)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics (16)
DE:KDE
Host: 82Y9 Legion Slim 5 16APH8
Kernel: 6.12.7-arch1-1

I’d really appreciate some response on this

Does it has two Amd u chips and an nvidia?

No I have an AMD CPU which has the integrated card, and an RTX 4060
