Because there isn’t one. YOU Said.
this is very different than the Judge/Jury finding them GUILTY. So the amount of money is ZERO.

You can’t post the sum of money because there is no sum of money. Your total payout for the court cases you “initiated” is zero.

The reality of it is that Linux is the “kernel”! There are many organizations that invest in Linux in different ways. What is your point?
So etwas muss ich mir nicht anhören.
You can’t reason with pro se litigants, as their opinions weren’t reasoned into them in the first place.

At the risk of putting too fine a point on this, non-profit does not necessarily mean tax-free.
At least in the US, non-profit corporations are chartered by the states, not the federal government. Then, if the nature of its corporate mission (as reflected in its articles of incorporation) contains certain key elements, the corporation’s board is eligible to apply to the IRS for one of the many alternative 501(c) “determinations.”
A “public charity” or “private foundation” is eligible to receive the coveted 501(c)(3) determination - in which case both the entity’s activities (if mission-related) and donor contributions are both exempt from federal income tax (and certain state sales taxes on purchases).
But there is a long list of other non-profit “501(c)” designations. like 501(c)(4), (6), etc. for entities like trade groups, lobbying platforms, hospitals, burial societies, sports clubs,… and donations to these are not tax-deductible despite being non-profits.
Sorry to get nit picky about this, but the distinction between being a “non-profit” and being “tax-exempt” is often glossed over. ![]()
Dann sind wir den Quark-Thread dann los?
@all: Don’t feed the troll and let this nonsense thread disappear.
This topic seems to have run its course. Whether the OP is a Bot, A.I., or troll does not matter. I think this topic should be closed.
Just my humble opinion.
FWIW I thought it was your #3
For what it is worth I have seen this “whatever it is” at work on several topics, and most of the reactions where totally irrelevant to the topic, so it is much better to ignore it totally.
I demand the file number of court cases from Federal Administrative Court.
Sure, I did some digging, here you go ;
