I want to use alternative of plasma, but based in WM, without auto-compositing, with titlebar like in DE, and with abilities change positin and size of window of apps and choose apps like in KDE.What can you advice me?
I am not sure what “auto-compositing” is in this case but I would probably look at something like hyprland. It sounds like you want a floating WM as opposed to a tiling WM.
With most WMs, you basically build it yourself from the building blocks. So you will need to add your own launcher/dock/etc…
Maybe have a look at these pages and see if any fit what you are after.
As I remmber, NWG-Shell don`t work to my pc in Hyprland. But I try to install later and will post problem, if it will be .
You can just use Hyprland with Noctalia-shell or DankMaterialShell, both have the option for a dock and you use a graphical settings menu.
You you can still use your mouse to move windows but still have tiling, but still have a closer experience to a full DE, Hyprland is mostly it’s own eco system but you can replace parts with other things if you like. If you don’t like either of those there are other Quickshell shells but I have found these two the best since they don’t come as a set of dotfiles but are independent and don’t rely in a set of dotfiles already made.

I will say the author of the nwg utils is a really nice guy, who may (or not sure) or may not be lurking here. He’s be more than happy to help if you had issues.
