What's on your plate?

This isn’t yet on my plate (and this isn’t my photo), but I am planning on recreating this today. It looked good this morning, so I went to the grocery store. And I am having to eat healthy :frowning: (I do miss desserts and starchy foods).

The temperature is unusually high for this country today, around 33°C. So I opted for something “lighter” today.

Mushroom-Tofu crumbles with rice and a cucumber salad with chili-mint dressing:

And no, I’m not growing grass out of my ears yet :stuck_out_tongue:

I know I post here lot of pictures where there’s meat and sausage, but this is what kind of food we eat most of time (there’s always at least one veggie/vegan food a day):

Soybolognese-sauce with spaghetti :spaghetti:

Hello. I was away, absent for a bit. I should be back to posting, responding, and reacting.

Here is my taco photo, excuse the excessive amount of cheese. It’s there for the other tacos. This is just a photo of one to share and does not represent an obsession with cheese.

It is from earlier, but, I did not know about this forum, I think. So, I’m love my tacos, so I wanted to share that, over all of my other things that are from the past.

The coffee, Iced Latte Caramel, light ice, and an coffee donut for today.

Was going to ask if you meant the taco, or the donut, but I guess it can be said about both.

That looks edible to me. Did you use one source of mixed cheese or more than one type separately? Also, did you add salt, or were the chips salted?

Sometimes I make tater tots and just add cheddar and salt. Very tasty.

i just used one bag of premixed cheese (mexican). chips i believe were presalted as well.

never tried that with tater tots but it sounds good.

Well it’s not always that “healthy”, but most of the times I try to keep it this way.
