What is EndeavorOS's stance on age verification bills

Hey guys,

As you are aware the world of linux is currently being attacked by several governments and entities and I have become a bit curious of the future of this distro.
What is the future of EndeavorOS, are you going to be enforcing age verification or just blacklisting countries and counties?

I’m not personally aware of what the stance is, but just as a caution, all topics that have so far delved into this, have been locked and/or removed.

I suspect this may be due to the forum’s rules on politics?

this has nothing to do with politics, moreso just what are you and I going to have to do in the near future to use EndeavorOS and nothing more

I can appreciate your question.

Given the potential legal implications of this though, I’d suspect it’s something the team is still trying to pin down themselves. Perhaps we might permit them some time to do that.

The EndeavourOS guys are pretty good with comms. Generally speaking, if we haven’t heard anything yet, I’d suggest it’s because it’s still being worked out.

The situation is early and still evolving.

It will probably take some time for us to have any formal response.
