Brad Pitt and Ed Norton are amazing. This movie was released well before my time. Got to know about it from a senior at work. Great Movie.
S1 and S2 were amazing, especially the hosts awakening. Robert was trying to outsmart Arnold, Arnold was trying to outsmart Robert all the while Dolores was outsmarting both of them. All the while Teresa and the Man with the black hat were literally clueless.
S3 was good. Not great compared to S1 and S2.
S4 they wrapped up too early. They did not tie down the threads properly, especially the last 3 episodes and especially the rift part.
I am fascinated by the questions of human consciousnesses, self worth, self image and hedonism at display. It raises so many questions and tries to answer some of them, philosophical, political, sociological and scientific. I just re watch it for those and the interplay between various characters.
Will give it a try this weekend. Thanks for suggestion.
I’ve been down the YouTube “Sovereign Citizen” rabbit hole for a while. They are nuts. AND, after reading more about this “movement”, they are dangerous. I had NO IDEA a movie was about to be released. This really looks quite good. Nick Offerman has shown himself to be a fine dramatic actor in a few previous films and character roles. Here, he seems quite intense in this just-released movie, “Sovereign.” I need to see this.
