You can’t see if or how many users are online, there are some plugins for it, but I didn’t install it since it isn’t fully developed yet.

I think it would be more readable if it were more like “In some places, you may not have a very stable internet connection, or you may be connected over Wi-Fi with bad bandwidth.”
