Anyone who is not a native english speaker will have noticed that “Welcome App” is not translated properly and/or is not fully translated.

If you compared these files with the translation-en.bash some description are missing.
I read somewhere that translations are discussed in private, but I think that if it is true that the community should report bugs and errors of what is wrong, it is also correct that the community can help with translations. Whoever has to apply these translations has only the task of choosing the most correct translation.
I don’t want to open a discussion on what should be translated and how, but I would just like to complete the translations for the welcome app, with your help only takes a few minutes to translate the missing sentences and to eventually correct some already translated sentences if they are wrong.
