Thanks for the report!
This is due to the Welcome code reorganization. Now reflector-simple is an optional dependency for the welcome package.
Current ISO relies on welcome having reflector-simple as a “mandatory” dependency.
In the next ISO the plan is to add reflector-simple to be installed separately of welcome.
