Some days ago manual intervention post was there for update of eos-update-shared . I tried updating mirrors using eos-rankmirrors and reflector simple ,that problem still persists.
The current version for eos-bash-shared is 25.1.3-1.
If the first mirror in file /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist fails, you could try manually editing this file and add the German mirrors in the beginning of that file and update again with
sudo pacman -Syu
