Update broke boot manager?

Fairly new to Linux and I dual boot between EndeavorOS and Windows 11 on a Lenovo laptop. The laptop came with W11 installed and I use a second drive for Linux. Everything was working fine for about a half year, but then when I performed a yay update, the Linux boot manager broke.

It still pops up and lets me select windows or Linux, but i have to select windows twice because it says it failed. Eventually it boots into windows. This is an annoyance, so how can I fix it?

Are you able to boot into your EndeavourOS system? If so, sudo dracut-rebuild will definitely help reset things to how they should be.

Are you using GRUB or SystemD-boot? A little more info on your setup would be helpful.
