I installed unity hub from the AUR and after I installed I noticed that I couldn’t install my packages and that unity didn’t recognize my account as a whole, atleast not in the editor, despite me very well being signed in in the hub, it seems like the hub isn’t communicating account information with the editor. Here are some error codes:
I quit unity hub, and then launched via unityhub --no-sandbox but I get this [Package Manager Window] Error while getting product update details: Error while getting auth code: System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to call Unity ID to get auth code. UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClient:Done (UnityEditor.AsyncHTTPClient/State,int) (at /home/bokken/build/output/unity/unity/Editor/Mono/AsyncHTTPClient.cs:248)[Package Manager Window] Error: Connection time-out UnityEditor.PackageManager.UI.Internal.AssetStoreDownloadManager/DownloadDelegateHandler:OnDownloadProgress (string, string, ulong, ulong, int) (at /home/bokken/build/output/unity/unity/Modules/PackageManagerUI/Editor/Services/AssetStore/AssetStoreDownloadManager.cs:84)
That package is flagged as out of date currently. The maintainer hasn’t logged into the AUR within the last two years as it seems like.
According to the pinned comment, you may need to install it manually. Eventually, it might be as simple as to change the pkgver of the pkgbuild manually to the latest version of 3.15.3 ?
