Unable to restore game backups

On a fresh install of EndeavourOS, I am unable to restore game backups.
When attempting to browse for the backup folder, it is impossible to get any further than the ‘Backup destination’ window, which is blank.

How can I solve the problem? PS: I’m new to Linux and this OS.

Here is the content of Steam Runtime Diagnostics from Steam:

Steam Runtime

I had to put all the text in a file and upload it to mediafire because it was a lot of characters, many more than the maximum for a post (around 150,000)

I’ve never been able to get the Steam Backup function to work properly, I normally back them up manually as it always works. Someone else may have a solution though. Not sure how Steam backs them up but is it possible to manually restore them?

No, in fact, it doesn’t let me select anything, I just have that blank screen that I posted.

By manually I meant through the file manager (though I don’t think this is possible after trying to find you a solution)

Maybe I can move them manually, but still Steam compresses the files when it backs up. If I can’t select the folder from Steam, the unzipping process still won’t start

Just found something that may help

Thanks! With this guide I solved it. Now when I open the menu it lets me choose the folder from which to take the backup
