Attempting to install remainder of Carl theme, some was installed via Pling but attempting to use the EOS internal Global Theme but getting install and network error?
That is just kde store and pling acting up it is like that sometimes. Reboot and try it again in a few minutes.

Oddly, a reboot did not resolve, but maximizing the window did. Odd bug

Error message is:

Network error 2: Connection closed``

It’s a known kde issue on their end.
