Don’t know if tips are allowed here so delete if need be.
There may be another way but I couldn’t find one after searching for awhile. But all you have to do is comment out the WallpaperFader section in LockScreenUi.qml in
/usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/lockscreen
add "/*" and "*/" like this:
