Now they have EndeavorRX which is game to help children with ADHD and it’s based on space. They even have an adult version EndeavorOTC.

But this part on the website you shared is very off putting
The current cost for EndeavorRx is $99 for a 30 day prescription
Probably could find a similar game for a lot cheaper.
